Reconnaissance is a key provider of energy reports and Home Information Packs throughout the North West of England. We employ a qualified team of Home Inspectors, Domestic and Commercial Energy professionals and provide a first class service to our clients who include estate agents, housing associations, solicitors and private individuals.

Additionally, via our parent company Edward Mellor, we are able to offer a range of survey and valuation services. The Survey department has been established for over 10 years and has been awarded and maintained the ISO 9001 accreditation.
