Home Information Packs (HIPs)

Reconnaissance are able to offer competitively priced HIPS to homeowners, estate agents and solicitors across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and North Cheshire.

Our in-house HIPS Team will ensure the process from instruction to receipt of the finished pack is both smooth and timely. Agents and Clients are provided with access details to enable them to track the progress of their HIP online.

The EPC is included in the price of the HIP and our professional team of RICS accredited Home Inspectors will carry out the inspection, processing the report on the same day.

Reconnaissance are regulated by the Property Codes Compliance Board and comply with the Home Information Pack Code.

Agents may also wish to instruct us on floor plans, marketing photographs and production of a full marketing brochure which is ready to load onto your own templates.
